I wanted Chik fil a for lunch and my husband insisted we try this place instead, and I’m SO glad we did! This will definitely be our new spot. THE HOUSE GRAVY IS BANGINNNNNNNNNNNG, so so good!

Small hidden gem that’s easy to miss if you’re just driving by, but absolutely worth seeking out. I got four chicken tenders and the Seoul Tots, and even in a to-go order, the presentation was on point. Everything looked great and tasted even better — crispy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. They’ve got some seating if you’d rather eat there, and honestly, I’d recommend it. The food holds up well for takeout, but it’s even better fresh. Service was super friendly too, which always makes a difference. Only thing to note — it’s not exactly cheap. But the quality backs it up, so no complaints there. You’re paying for well-made, high-quality food and it shows. If you’re ordering the chicken tenders (which I’d definitely recommend), just a heads-up: they come with gravy but no sauce by default. The gravy’s fine, but I’d suggest asking for their Seoul sauce (45 cents extra but worth it) — it adds a lot and pairs perfectly.

We finally tried turbo chicken after seeing Let's Smash the TikTok couple raving about it repeatedly! I was sad to learn that I missed the special of the week Christmas tree cake malt, but their peanut butter malt was the best malt I've ever had! And the gal that took our order was so sweet and pleasant! We chatted for a while! We are most definitely making this a regular pitstop!!

If I could give more stars I would! I was trained and worked as a chef for years and love seeing classic culinary culture deep in the roots of this quick service restaurant that I would choose over fine dining any day of the week! (Loved hearing, Yes Chef! If you know you know) The first time I came here, I was just stopping to feed my son who loves chicken, but when I seen a ratatouille tater tots on the menu, this old chef had to give it a try! My second visit was with my whole family, they were packed and they went out of their way to make sure we got a seat by set up the patio furniture for us! I have now been here 4 times and every trip has impressed me more than the last! The food is amazing, the Chef is over seeing and keeping his team on point to ensure the high quality he expects and his chefs are more than capable of delivering! Always so welcoming, I am not sure they even ask my name or if they read it quick off my credit card but they checked with me often and greeted me again as I left and used my name every time! Just like “Cheers” it’s the place in Portage that always knows your name! Great Job Turbo Chicken Crew!

The chicken was so delicious as were the tater tots. We had an orange float with real ice cream. It was refreshing. Turbo Chicken was a great value for the money. Cleo was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure that I could pick up the bottle of Turbo Powder for my grandson. You could tell that she loves her job! I appreciate her dedication. Service was fast, efficient and friendly.

The gluten free fried chicken sandwich is incredible! I’m celiac and have never had any negative reactions. Genuinely one of the best and safest places I eat at regularly.

Fair prices, great food. Locally owned. All of the staff were friendly and talkative. I got the breakfast themed burger and chicken sandwich for layer. Would definitely go back.

Everything was exceptional! Food, service, vibes all of the above. I had the Breakfast Stack Burger and it was fun and tasty. Surprisingly it was balanced very well with the variety of flavors and wasn’t messy. We don’t live in the area but travel this way a couple times a year. Will try to make this a usually lunch/rest stop.
